I call myself a "triple threat artist"—I draw, write, and make music. I also read manga, play video games, and stream behind a virtual persona. (As of July 18, 2023, I am on an indefinite stream hiatus due to my work schedule.)
I've been writing seriously since 2009 (as seriously as it can be for a 6-year-old, anyway), writing music since April 2019, and drawing since April 2022.
Oh, and I'm that one person who refuses to call Twitter... erm, the suspicious letter.

Terms of Service
These terms of service (“Terms”) are to be followed by the commissioner (“the Client”) who seeks to buy artwork (“the Work”/“Work”) from Macabre Majesty (“the Creator”/“she”/“her”). Failure to abide by the Terms will result in consequences for the Client, the severity of said consequences depending on which Term or Terms was or were broken. Likewise, the Creator has set Terms for herself to follow as well, as a challenge of commitment; failure to follow through will result in consequences on the Creator’s end.
General
All prices are in USD. Transactions are performed through Ko-fi or PayPal only.
Please understand that the Creator has only been drawing for 1.5 years (as of October 18, 2023). The Creator’s style is very inconsistent, so the Work may be subject to experimentation as to help find a style that clicks with the Creator.
For anything that isn't a custom, full payment is done upfront before the Creator starts working. Payment for custom designs is 50/50, before and after the initial sketch is approved.
Communication will be via @MacabreMajesty on Twitter or macabremajesty on Discord, the only socials the Creator has.
As the Client
The Client is not to ask the Creator about a service not offered. There are reasons the Creator does not offer, for example, full-body artwork and complex backgrounds.
The Creator does not accept private/NDA commissions. By commissioning the Creator, the Client understands and agrees to this. The Creator may stream the process on Twitch should she choose to, and WIPs may be posted on either her Twitter account or the VGen Discord server.
If the Creator sends WIPs, the Client is prohibited from posting them anywhere without the Creator’s permission. The Client may not repost WIPs on their socials but can QRT the Creator's posts. The Client is allowed to download the WIPs for private viewing.
The Creator does not allow commercial use for any Work except otherwise specified, and the Creator will not accept negotiations on the matter. If otherwise specified, the commercial fee is 2x the base price. Streaming/VTubing is exempt from this Term, and the Client may use the Work as a PNG if suitable. Some commission options already have the commercial price included; such options will explicitly say so.
The Client may repost/reupload the finished Work, but the Client must credit the Creator on any of her socials, preferably Twitter (@MacabreMajesty). By doing so, the Client agrees to not claim the Creator’s work as their own.
Any removal of watermarks/signatures and backgrounds will not be tolerated and will result in the Client being blacklisted. Cropping for profile pictures/banners is okay with proper credit.
The Client is not to use the Work for blockchain/NFT or AI purposes for any reason. Doing so will result in a permanent blacklist.
The Client may not request a refund once the Creator is halfway through the process, except for incomplete uncoloured sketches. There are exceptions to this.
The Creator reserves the right to cancel the Work, by her own choice, for any reason (hardware stopped working, can’t make deadlines for other reasons, etc.); if this is the case, the Client will be refunded the full amount paid.
By commissioning the Creator, the Client agrees to not issue a chargeback for any reason. Doing so will get the Client immediately blocked and blacklisted, and the Creator will cancel the Work if it was not completed at the time. If you want your money back, please ask for a refund instead.
As the Creator
The Creator will never draw NSFW. No exceptions will be made.
The Creator has the right to increase prices as her art improves through time and practise, or if other circumstances dictate an increase.
Clients who have pending Work at the time of a price increase will not have to pay the additional price for any reason; however, if a Client gets a refund for any reason, they will be refunded only what they paid for, rather than the new full price.
The Creator works slowly with no set TAT (turnaround time). The Creator also does not accept deadlines, as she does not like being rushed. The Client may contact the Creator to check up on her, but is not to be excessive about it in order to respect the Creator's space.
If the Creator feels too pressured, she might drop the Work and refund the Client, and she might not want to work with the Client again.
Something to note: the Creator has a job as well as generalised anxiety disorder (GAD), depression, and attention-deficit disorder (ADD), so she works very slowly to her own comfort. Too much communication is stressful for her. Patience is incredibly appreciated.
The Creator allows unlimited minor revisions. Free major revisions are only acceptable for uncoloured sketches. If major revisions are requested for a coloured Work, the Creator will charge an additional $5 per revision.
